All About Justin

The First Furlong was founded by Justin in 2022. He was raised in Boise, Idaho by his loving parents, Tamara and J.R. (The Maiden Whisperer). J.R. enjoyed spending his free time betting on the ponies, and if you are ever near him when there is a tight head bob finish, he'll tell you which horse won and follow it up with "I've watched a million of these." Justin first went with his dad to track when he was 8 years old. He dappled in the sport for the years to come, but didn't find his true fondness until Justify won the Triple Crown in 2018... and then he was hooked. Now he spends his days living in San Diego, California with his dog and spending Saturdays glued to the TV ready for the next race.
